Jess and I met Mahea soon after moving out here to Hawaii. I asked Mahea if she would consider modeling for us, which she seemed pretty excited about. We have been talking about doing this photo shoot for a while now and this past Saturday actually got around to doing it. Fun, and colorful were the two adjectives that Mahea was going for. I think we nailed it.
We started out at one of her places of work. The South Shore Grill. They make up a mean mix plate, check them out for sure, conveniently located near Waikiki. Our second location was a fun playground!
Which is your favorite photo? Know Mahea? Give her a shout in the comments and tell her what an awesome job she did! Make sure to check back next week when we dress it up a bit for part 2! (Click HERE to see part two!)
Relb49 - First one next to the sign. That’s my favorite.
Cherylbaker_8_18 - Mahea, you are a beautiful person to photograph. My favorite is the second set of double pictures, the one on the right.
Very colorful and the row of colored chairs in the background add to the colors.
These are great shots and can’t wait to see part 2. Also the photographer that took your pictures is amazing too.
Beautiful job both of you.
Jillian - Love it! Mahea, you’re a gorgeous model and you definitely achieved the fun and colorful themes! My favorite is the California love one at the end.

MrB - Dad likes the 4th one down da best, because it just brings out your beauty both from inside and out. Da ones in SSG are also great to me because of the colors, both from the interior of SSG and those colors of your dress. GREAT JOB BOTH TO YOU AND THE PHOTOGRAPHER. MAHALO NUI LOA.
